Paquito D’Rivera, guest artist, will be with the Siletz Bay Music Festival Orchestra performing the Jazz Clarinet Concerto “Latin American Chronicles” by Daniel Freiberg. Daniel Freiberg will also be performing on piano along with Kevin Deitz on bass, and Brett EE Paschall on percussion.
