Paquito D’Rivera is pleased to be Musical Director for the Annual James Moody Scholarship Benefit Concert for Newark Youth. This year Paquito will lead and perform with 18 musicians celebrate James Moody and also honor Francisco Yobino, founder and producer of Festival International de Jazz de Punta del Este in Uruguay.
There are two concerts, Monday, March 25 at the Blue Note, 8:00 and 10:30 pm.
