D’Rivera’s new opera-zarzuela “Cecilio Valdes, Rey de La Habana” will have it’s first preview presentation to the public on May 17 in Miami.
The opera-zarzuela will be staged with the artistic concept and production by The Opera Atelier. Paquito D’Rivera will be performing along with a host of collaborations including Opera Atelier, the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, the Florida Chamber Orchestra, and Amazonia Vocal Ensemble.
The performance is presented by Miami-Dade County Auditorium and The Opera Atelier and will take place at Miami-Dade County Auditorium in Miami Florida.
